During the year of 2010 the ATT; also known as the Arms Trade Treaty was being negotiated. They are supposed to make a final agreement to secure the treaty this year. The arms market is becoming much more complex. With this treaty there would be less gaps in the system because the current national arms system isnt giving complete global coverage!
I think it's a good thing the ATT is being adapted for us. I think the arms trade, as it is now, is way out of hand. To many countries are getting to many guns, especially third-world countries. We really need to control this problem. Guns are meant to kill and kill only. Nothing else.
