F-15 Exports
The U.S. Defence Industry recently approved a huge shipment of F-15 fighter jets and Apache helicopters to Saudi Arabia. This marks the biggest arms trade in recent history. The still very dangerous but outdated F-15 fight jet is still being sold to many countries today. This is a problem for the U.S. Military due to their policy of air dominance. With the arms industry selling our best fighter jets to other countries, the U.S. has to create a bigger and better fighter to keep up. This keeps on going once a new fighter jet is create. This might become a problem for the U.S., but this shipment did create and save some jobs.
Erm... I don't particularly think that F-15's are necessarily an issue for F22 Raptors. In test flights, the Raptor was able to take out 20 F-15's for every F22. Moral of the story, we can kick their butts. The problem is that they could use these jets against their own people or our allies.

ReplyDeleteYeah, its just like the movie, and then people would complain about US weapons killing people yet again. I think that the US doesn't even care that they trade all of these weapons to foreign countries because they make a ton of money from it.
